OpsDeck helps non-profits to raise more funds by exposing on-going campaigns, projects, funding drives, and other expenses directly to the donors. Donors can quickly assess the campaign/project and make an informed donation.

Donation Processing & Tracking

The haul mark of OpsDeck is its ability to track donations. As the donor makes a donation, it maintains a link between that donation and the expense to which it was applied, enabling the non-profit to provide a detailed donation tracking report to the donor. The report explains to the donor about when, how, and where the donation was used.

In addition, OpsDeck allows full integration of essential donor tools with the non-profit's own website.

Constituent Relationship Management (CRM)

OpsDeck provides this essential feature to allow non-profits to manage their relationships with their constituents and contacts.

An intuitive and a highly developed CRM module of OpsDeck stores all of the contacts in one central repository and logs all activity related to the contact. Non-profits can get a graphical activity view for each contact that shows when and how this particular donor was contacted.

Communication

OpsDeck provides sophisticated tools for electronic communication with donors. Non-profits can generate automated thank-you notes, newsletters, solicitation emails, and general messages with merged data-fields and send them to contacts. OpsDeck is a high-tech business platform for non-profits - it wants to connect donors to non-profits in cyberspace.

OpsDeck allows non-profits to provide login/sign-up facilities straight from their own websites or if a non-profit does not have a website, through an OpsDeck's sister-organization's website. Through this feature donors can login or sign-up, make donations and then obtain donation tracking reports within their accounts. OpsDeck also allows donors to make donations anonymously or as non-registered users. All of these transactions take place in a highly secure and a well-tested system so information is not lost or does not fell prey into wrong hands.

Software as a Service

OpsDeck is delivered as a service so non-profits don't have to buy expensive licenses or pay huge up front fees. Non-profits can use this software as a services and pay only for the portion or the volume that they have used. There are no requirements to buy any software, hardware, networking gear, or personnel -- we do all of it for you.
